Photography
Photography and travel often happen together in my experience. Moving through different places naturally brings moments that invite observation, and the camera becomes a way to pause and reflect on those moments. Many of the photographs on this page were taken while traveling — during flights, walks through unfamiliar streets, or quiet evenings when the landscape gradually changes color with the setting sun. Through the act of photographing, travel slows down; details that might otherwise pass unnoticed begin to stand out.
Some of my photographs are shaped by a curiosity about the physical world, especially the sky and the vast environments that surround us. Aircraft crossing open horizons, changing light at dusk, and the quiet depth of the night sky often remind me of ideas I encounter while learning about astrophysics. These scenes evoke a sense of scale and distance, where human activity appears briefly within a much larger universe.
At the same time, travel also invites a different kind of attention — one that focuses on people, places, and the textures of everyday life. Streets, architecture, and natural landscapes reveal how culture and environment shape the way we move through the world. Through photography, I try to capture these small fragments of experience, moments where observation becomes a way of understanding both the physical world and the human stories within it.
